LOCKDOWN LEMC reserves the right to terminate your access to the website and related services at any time without notice.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, U.S.A. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Maricopa County, Arizona, in disputes arising from this agreement. Use of the site is unauthorized in jurisdictions that do not honor all provisions herein.
You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and LOCKDOWN LEMC as a result of this agreement.
LOCKDOWN LEMC’s performance is subject to applicable laws and legal processes. Nothing in this agreement limits LOCKDOWN LEMC’s right to comply with governmental, court, or law enforcement requests.
If any part of this agreement is found unenforceable, the remainder shall still apply.
This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the user and LOCKDOWN LEMC regarding the website and supersedes prior communications.
A printed version of this agreement shall be admissible in legal proceedings.
